All information shared through this form will be treated as confidential. Where a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) is already in place between your organisation and Siyaya Consulting, confidentiality will be managed in accordance with those agreements.
Where no formal agreement is yet in place, Siyaya Consulting guarantees that all information provided will be handled confidentially and respectfully in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
